Only firms that support NinjaTrader and allow automated trading. Firm rules change, so always check your own firm's current rules before connecting.

Some firms prohibit automated trading, or strategies shared by many traders. Breaking a firm's rules can end your account. You are responsible for following your firm's rules.

Yes. Each account gets its own dollar risk and limits.

You set a daily loss limit and max trades for each account. Set them well inside your firm's limits. Risk limits reduce risk but can't guarantee it: fast markets and outages can push losses past them.

Where your firm allows automation on evaluations, yes. Our 14-day refund doesn't apply once a connected account has passed an evaluation.

A Windows PC that stays on during market hours, NinjaTrader 8 (free), an account that works with NinjaTrader, and an internet connection.

NinjaTrader only runs on Windows. Use a Windows PC, or Windows through Parallels on your Mac.

That's Windows 11's Smart App Control blocking the code NinjaTrader builds for add-ons. Check Windows Security → App & browser control → Smart App Control. If it's On, add-ons can't run on that PC. Turning it off is your call: it can't be turned back on without resetting Windows, and Microsoft Defender keeps protecting you. Or use a PC where it's off.

Only if your prop firm allows it. Some, like Topstep, ban VPS and VPN use. When in doubt, use your own PC.

No. You log in to your account inside NinjaTrader yourself. The add-on is paired to your Autopilot Futures account with a one-time code.

The add-on can't trade while your PC is off. Open positions keep their stop and target at the broker.

Yes. Pause stops new trades, and Flatten all closes every open position right away, from the portal on your phone or computer. You can also close any trade yourself in NinjaTrader.

We don't recommend it while automation is on. It can conflict with sizing and your firm's rules.

Yes. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. The strategy has losing trades, losing days and losing streaks. Only trade with money, or prop fees, you can afford to lose.

No. Autopilot Futures is software. Every subscriber gets the same strategy, and nothing is tailored to you.

No. Nobody honestly can.
